Renovating Your Property

You'll be moving into your new home in weeks!

Do you need work done on your property by an English-speaking builder? Perhaps your property needs to be completely refurbished, (or 'reformed', as the Spanish put it).

We have the perfect solution. As a company, we have tried a number of builders and All You Need (allyouneed.es) comes out tops! The renovation of this apartment in Alicante city cost a little over 30.000€. All You Need listen to what the client wants and offers professional advice before giving an estimate. When the client is ready, a contract is signed which details exactly what you are getting, how long it takes and when to make stage-payments. This project took just over eight weeks. All the correct permissions were obtained from the town hall with permits for a skip to be parked outside the property. The renovation included a new, fully-tiled shower-room, installation of shower, wash basin and elevated w.c.; new tiled kitchen with polished granite breakfast bar, floor and wall units, white goods (included in price was oven, extractor, hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher); removal of walls; new hot and cold air-conditioning units operated independently in each room; installation and purchase of new sun-resistant patio doors for the balcony with electric powered canopy; new security locks with five keys, lowered ceilings, new LED lights and ceiling fans in all rooms; complete electrical re-wiring to modern standards including power box, plumbing, plastering and painting.

You can see before and after pictures in a video here (before) and here (after), you can also see for yourself the transformation of this fantastic Alicante apartment located near the stunning El Palmarel park and San Gabriel beach from the pictures below...
