Fresnedo is a locality integrated in the “Natural Park Las Ubiñas-La Mesa”. This Natural Park is, after the Picos de Europa, the higher mountain massif of Asturias, with altitudes over 2400 metres. The features more characteristic of this Natural Park are its rivers and narrow passes, beech forests and diverse fauna among those you can find bears, cantabric capercaillie and Royal Eagles.

You can find this town in the council of Teverga, which offers lots of attractive activities for those who are looking for pure nature, relax, culture, gastronomy, hunting or fishing. The façade keeps the local stone; the roof is done with Arabic tiles and for the interior, the choice was a combination between stone and wood. It has a two level distribution equipped with the utmost comfort as per fireplace, heating, en-suite bathrooms, fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms, built in wardrobes and security alarm.

The garden will be closed with the traditional material of the area and every house has a big surface of rural land allocated to each of them and dedicated to pasture or fruit and wood trees.

The owner will have the possibility to hire the services of Cleaning and maintenance of the Country Lodges as well as the care of the horses, hunting dogs or other animals the owners might desire to keep in the best and more natural of the environments.
